Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Site Block Systems d.o.o., Radnička cesta 1A, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia (company ID / OIB: 70581885000).

For any question about this policy or your data, write to info@siteblock.ai. We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not required to.

2. What we collect

When you submit the waiting-list form, we store:

• Your name
• Your company name
• Your work email address
• Your trade (the option you select)
• The language of the page you used and the page you submitted from
• Your country, derived from your IP address by our hosting provider — we store the two-letter country code only, never your full IP address
• Your browser identification (user agent) and the time of submission, which help us spot automated spam submissions

3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

We use your data to contact you about early access to SiteBlock, to invite you to the pilot, and to ask what you need from the product. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by submitting the form.

We also have a legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in keeping the form free of automated abuse, which is why we store the browser identification and submission time.

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not profile you, and no decision about you is made automatically. We never sell your data.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your details until the pilot ends and for up to 24 months after you sign up, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. If you withdraw consent or unsubscribe, we delete your record promptly.

5. Who else can see it

We do not share your data with third parties for their own purposes. It is processed on our behalf by:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, content delivery and the database in which the waiting list is stored
• Google Ireland Limited (Google Workspace) — the email service we use to reply to you

6. Transfers outside the EEA

Our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard under Chapter V of the GDPR.

7. Cookies

This site uses one cookie, named sb_lang. It is set only when you pick a language in the EN / HR / SL switcher, it stores that choice for one year, and it exists so the site does not keep sending you back to the language of your location. It is strictly necessary for that function, so we do not ask for consent for it.

We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party trackers. You can delete the cookie in your browser at any time.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask us to:

• give you a copy of the data we hold about you
• correct it if it is wrong
• delete it
• restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it
• send it to you, or to another provider, in a machine-readable format
• stop using it, by withdrawing your consent at any time — which does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it

To exercise any of these rights, write to info@siteblock.ai. We will reply within one month.

If you believe we are handling your data unlawfully, you may complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr, or to the supervisory authority in the country where you live.

9. Security

Your data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored in a database that only our team can reach. Access is limited to the people who need it to run the waiting list.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant and we hold your email address, we will tell you by email.
